“STRONG” – We offer STRONG Group training sessions with certified trainers. These sessions will benefit those who enjoy the social environment of training with others while still having the guidance of a certified trainer.
Zen Den with HydroMassage Lounges – Relax in our massage lounges after a great workout. The 10 minute massage will help alleviate any tightness, soreness or aches. The HydroMassage sessions also help with circulation. **Included with the Ultimate package.
Tanning – Come take advantage of our level 5 stand up tanning booth! **Included with the Ultimate package.
Healthy and customizable made to order protein smoothies are available on site. No matter the goals, we can customize you a delicious smoothie with our fresh fruit and supplement additives.

Best gym in the area! 2245 Church ave location. And the best Smoothies! I’ve done a trial at all 4 gyms in walking distance this one was by far my favorite, not crowded like the others, all the machines you’d ever want and space to do your own stretching and workouts, I’m so excited to join this gym! Shoutout to Tamalika! She was amazing and makes the ABSOLUTE best smoothie!

This gym is nothing short of AMAZING!!! From the smoothies to the staff and a awesome facility. My favorite people are Co, JJ and Jay . The trainers are truly AMAZING as well Bobby, Ian and Leeanne. Love it all. My favorite part of this gym is how warm and welcoming everyone is.

Retro Church Ave, has been my gym home for the past 4 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about the gym. The staff is friendly, helpful and even begin to remember your name after a while. I’ve seen the facilities make major upgrades, let me tell you it’s a great improvement of what already existed. If you get a smoothie ask for Tamika to make it, hers are the best specifically the mocha peanut butter… it hits different.
